Marianna has been an ardent student and practitioner of self- development for more than 20 years.
When facilitating group workshops and retreats, she draws on her own experiences of integrative study and practice. This includes eastern contemplative practice, western psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), meditation, quantum physics, yoga, movement therapy, and leadership training.
She is certified in Life and Leadership Coaching, CBT, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). With a Masters Degree from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, she has developed a unique method that employs writing and physical theatre in combination with metaphysics, psychophysics, and quantum energy healing to help people identify and move through unconscious blocks and connect them to their untapped potential in life, relationships, and career.
Marianna has been a consultant for people from all walks of life including executives in the media industry, high net worth business individuals, performing artists, and anyone simply desiring to transform day-to-day obstacles or pain into a life of joy, success, and true fulfilment.

Brooke decided 4 years ago to create a life worth living, she had a life that looked great on the outside but felt trapped on the inside - she determined that if she could figure this out for herself she would help others create their own extraordinary life.
A year later she was financially free at the age of 35, lost 13kgs and was running marathons regularly, she quit her 10 year career in the film industry to follow through on her decision to help others create a life worth living...from a beach in Barbados!
Brooke was well-known for her goal-setting expertise and her savvy financial skillset, bringing this together with her years of theoretical "shelf-help" knowledge now being put into practice she created a system to help others reach their health and wealth goals faster.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for someone who wants to improve their life in all areas. You don't need to know what you want to improve as you will get clarity on the retreat or you can come with a clear idea of what you want to work through.
Where is the retreat taking place?
The villa is located on the West coast of Barbados in Royal Westmorelands. If you are flying into Barbados the airport is Bridgetown BGI where you will have transport to the venue. If you need transport from elsewhere on the island if you are staying before or after this can also be arranged.
When should I arrive and leave?
We recommend you arrive a day or 2 before so you are at the venue on the day the retreat starts, and leave the day after or later, unless you can get an early arrival flight on the day (before noon) or a late flight on the last day (after 5pm) to get the most out of your retreat experience. We can recommend places to stay before and after if you wish to explore more of Barbados before or after your retreat.
Can I book without applying?
We cannot take bookings without an application call as we need to verify the retreat is right for you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Please ask on your application call for your options, your payment plan will depend on when you book.
What is the refund policy?
